How long Will It take for my order to arrive?
Typucally, custom orders take approximately 2 - 5 D business days to process.it the order would take longer for reason's out of our control, you will be notified as soon a s practicable.

We will be posting your orders fromMelbourne, Australia via Sendle.
Lashes
What are Dassah Lashes made from?
Our lashes are made from good quality flexible synthetic fibres close to human hair.
How are the lashes held to the eyelash tray?
Each eyelashes are held to the trays using a minimal amount of glue. Ensure all glue residue is removed prior to application.
How many times can my lashes be worn?
Our lashes can be worn for 5x times or more with proper care. Carefully lift your eyelashes from the tray using your fingers or a minimum strength tweezer. Peeling off the lashes from the corner of the lash. Gently. And place your lashes in our compact designed packaging for safe keeping.
Are your Lashes cruelty free?
We pride ourselves in bringing you beauty products that are cruelty free so you an be rest assured that our lashes are cruelty free.
Do the lashes come with glue?
Where will my lashes be shipping from?
We will be posting your orders from Australia via Sendle.
Are the Bonnets machine washable?
Yes you can wash your bonnets in a washing machine however, cool wash is recommended.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Let us know if we currently do not ship to your country and we will endeavour to update our system where we can.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Order within Australia will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
Orders outside of Australia (United States, Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand) can take 10-21 business days to arrive depending on your selected country and Customs handling.
Do not hesitate to notify us if you did not receive your order after 11 business days.
What is your return policy?
All custom orders including but not limited to; mugs, shirts, labelling, key rings etc are non refundable. We aim to post our items in a safe and secure manner. However, should you receive your item broken/defected, please send us an email at dassahlyshop@gmail.com within three days of receiving your order and send a photo of what the item looked like on arrival. The item would then need to be posted back to us at an address that will be provided.
